We prefer current eSeries environmental sensors for new Edge installs. Some devices combine flood and temperature sensing — useful near mechanical equipment. Exact models are confirmed at design time.
Sensors need a clear spot where water collects first. We do not invent wireless range miracles or claim every sensor stops damage by itself.

Basic flood sensors alert; automatic shutoff requires additional compatible equipment and design. Ask if shutoff is a goal during your quote.
Do I need one in every bathroom?
Not always. We prioritize highest-risk appliances and low points. Bathrooms can be added when the layout warrants.
Can I see water alerts on my phone?
With Alarm.com interactive service and compatible enrollment, environmental alerts can reach the app — plan dependent.
Are these the same as sump pump alarms?
Different tools. Flood sensors detect moisture; sump monitoring is a separate conversation if you need pump-specific alerts.
